The concept of Rails Girls is “to give tools and a community for women to understand technology and to build their ideas, by providing a great experience on building things and by making technology more approachable”. This is translated into free non-profit 2-days workshops run all over the world ever since 2010, following a reknown and successful format.
Our Galway chapter would not exist without the amazing help and generosity of the Galway Team volunteer members, the INSIGHT (and previously DERI) Outreach Officer Brendan Smith, our awesome sponsors and partners. Each individual supporter is listed below.
Do you also want to help us? Email us to volunteer as a coach or photographer or media coverage. Sponsor us with a donation. Leave us a feedback or join our community.
